Shipping Policy

Order processing
Dormly products are shipped via our fulfilment partners. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times
As a drop-shipping brand, delivery times vary by product and supplier location:

• Local (South Africa) stock: 3–7 business days
• Items shipped from international partners: 7–21 business days

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed — delays can occur due to customs, courier volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. We currently offer free shipping on orders over R799.

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & import duties
For items shipped from outside South Africa, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
